Thank you very much for your patience with my 5-year-old son, your softly-softly approach and multiple visits with incremental introductions of new processes really helped him warm up to getting his tooth being filled. My son is strong willed and determined. As parents, we encourage him to control his own path, with guidance. Once he determined what would happen and that he was comfortable with his understanding of what was about to happen, he allowed the process to continue. My son particularly responded well to the detailed, ‘kid-friendly’ analogies used to describe what was going to happen before proceeding with the work. The words you used were encouragingly structured so that he could alleviate his concerns. The accumulated effort lead to a perfect outcome!

First time doing a virtual consultation, but appreciated Dr. Chiang for her flexibility and accommodation for meeting online rather than in the office. Dr. Chiang was so child-friendly, and engaging. She felt safe and trustworthy, and simplified a lot of the conversation so my 7 year old could understand. I would highly recommend her to anyone, with or without children, but especially for children because it's a skill to be able to work with children. :)

Dr Chiang is the best dentist! She is down to earth, yet very professional. She takes the time to teach about common dental mistakes and how to improve dental care. I love that she know all 6 members of my family and truly cares about each one of us. My kids adore her as well.

Dr Jen is the best I have experienced so far in terms of a dental experience. She is extremely sensitive towards her patients looking very carefully at the condition and well being of the teeth and her approach is very kind. She goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel comfortable and with respect to their individual needs . I have tmj and my jaws are extremely sensitive and I have observed that Dr Jen remembers that about me and makes sure my jaws get a break in between my filling appointment. The staff is extremely friendly and respectful. Great experience. Highly recommended
